Sunpower Insider Sold $415K In Company Stock

Manavendra Sial, CFO at Sunpower (NASDAQ:SPWR), made a large insider sell on November 8, according to a new SEC filing. What Happened: A Form 4 filing from the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission on Monday showed that Sial sold 12,634 shares of Sunpower at a price of $32.90.
