This is the narrative of Frisbee, a cat that roamed the streets unnoticed for years in the presence of hundreds of people.
When they initially discovered Frisbee, he was covered in grime, hungry, and frightened. Capturing him proved challenging; his rescuers had to devise traps to prevent him from escaping and then transport him to safety.
Fortunately, he received the necessary assistance. The Merrimack Feline Rescue Society stated:
“He was found outdoors, incredibly matted (the worst we’d ever seen), and starving. He was apprehended as part of the Trap-Neuter-Return program, where he was revealed to be friendly and in need of dental care.”
Frisbee seemed to have endured a challenging existence; the dense, tattered, and painful matting of his fur was so severe that it impeded his ability to walk.
Despite facing such adversity, he did not have any fractures, which facilitated his rehabilitation.
Upon reaching the shelter, his rescuers carefully removed all of his matted fur and administered a much-needed dental treatment.
The beautiful kitty could only yield to the gentle touch of his caregivers, expressing gratitude through purrs and affectionate snuggling. Frisbee transitioned from a dirty, forlorn cat to a clean, content cat with just one bath.
This adorable kitten received all the care needed to regain his health, and the transformation unfolded gradually. In a matter of weeks, he was ready for adoption.
Surprisingly, Frisbee found a loving home much sooner than his rescuers had anticipated.
“He has already been welcomed into a caring home,” the rescue team informed their contacts.
His fur regained its health and luster, and he even discovered his favorite spot. Frisbee now enjoys a content and comfortable existence, free from worries or concerns.
